Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Asia Pacific Treaty Team (Non-Marine) at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in London. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

As a Senior Broker Support, you will develop and expand your skills in a niche market area, supporting our international clients, especially those in Japan. You will coordinate placement activities and provide proactive, valued support.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with review of client renewal information.
2. Draft slips and endorsements.
3. Initiate contract drafting, updates, and produce Final Contract Documentation.
4. Assist brokers and prepare submissions as needed.
5. Track placement status and update information.
6. Maintain electronic placement files to ensure compliance.
7. Respond to client requests for information.
8. Onboard new clients and markets.

Requirements:

1. Strong networking skills.
2. Experience in a senior broker support role with treaty knowledge.
3. Excellent organizational skills and workload prioritization.
4. Knowledge of the London Reinsurance Market.
5. Focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

1. Understanding of the Japanese Market.
2. Familiarity with Sanction Requirements.
3. Successful history in treaty placements.
