As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team at Westfield Stratford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the concession store at Westfield Stratford ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to showcase our products and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock replenishment to ensure availability of products.
  • Build strong relationships with Centre management and collaborate on promotional activities and events.
  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fragrance or luxury goods industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
