As this is an agency position, you would be offered shifts in a variety of settings including nursing homes and residential services, supporting a range of individuals with varying needs. We do work with several services in the area, so there will be the opportunity to work with elderly individuals living with dementia.

As an Agency Healthcare Assistant, we can offer you:

2. Pay Rate: £12.34 - £14.84 (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)
3. 24/7 support from our friendly branch team
4. Opportunity for further development, including access to NVQs
5. Weekly Pay
6. £150 guaranteed if we cannot get you work within 14 days of sign off

If you:

1. Are over the age of 18 to apply
2. Have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
3. Have 6 months prior experience in a UK-based healthcare setting
4. Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
5. Are able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
6. Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
7. Are registered with Social Care Wales
