The Performance and Risk Analytics (PRA) Team supports the bank's institutional asset owner and asset manager clients by providing technologies that offer insights into the success of their investment decisions throughout the investment lifecycle. Our integrated global platform, FUSION, in partnership with industry leader FactSet Research Systems, is designed to deliver flexible multi-currency returns, exposures, risk assessments, investment multiples, and value-added analysis at scale, every day, worldwide.

As a Performance Analytics Senior Associate within the PRA team, you will promote product adoption, assist in meetings, guide onboarding processes, and analyze metrics for continuous enhancement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the franchise, representing PRA and the Bank at onboardings, formal service reviews, due diligence meetings and RFI/P presentations (includes periodic travel); partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a coherent, resonant message to market.
  • Showcase expertise in the investment lifecycle, covering best practices, regulations, competition, and trends in performance and risk analytics.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance analyses of investment portfolios including attribution analysis, exposures and rates of return against objectives.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable service relationships that ensure timely and accurate reporting for clients.
  • Identify, document and pursue opportunities to deepen relationships through product demonstration, trial subscription, and cross-sales.
  • Analyse and interpret workflow exceptions, guide third parties on remediation efforts and take ownership on plan execution; communicate findings clearly.
  • Lead inquiry response efforts with external stakeholders including portfolio managers, back office operations, and vendor, setting priorities and timelines for resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging contributions and a growth mindset, while persisting through setbacks.
  • Build strong relationships in complex organizations, defending principles and achieving consensus through shared interests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • Experience in performance analysis, risk analytics, or investment analytics within the financial services industry.
  • Background in or strong understanding of institutional fund accounting.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Interest and/or pursuit of Master's degree or relevant professional designations (such as CFA, CIPM, CAIA, FRM).
  • Knowledge / use of FactSet and/or competitor platforms.
