We’re looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in manned guarding, to drive new business and build strong client partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Identifying & securing high-value security contracts
2. Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal close
3. Building long-term client relationships across key sectors
4. Leading proposal & tender submissions
5. Collaborating with operations, bids & marketing to ensure seamless delivery
6. Reporting on performance using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For:

• B2B sales experience in security guarding sales
• Strong communicator with a sharp commercial edge
• Confident in closing deals & negotiating at all levels
• Self-starter with a ‘hunter’ mindset
• Full UK driving licence
