Salary Range: £44,773 – £52,674 per annum
Are you interested in leading a team responsible for procuring private sector properties (PRS) and long-term temporary accommodation for homeless families across Richmond and Wandsworth? This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a ground-breaking shared staffing structure across both boroughs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the supply of cost-effective, suitable temporary and private sector accommodation to meet the Councils’ statutory homeless duties.
You will manage a front-line team that actively procures private sector accommodation for clients at risk of homelessness and secures properties for long-term temporary accommodation. We seek a self-motivated manager with a proven track record of leading teams, exceeding targets, and developing staff effectively.
