Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bradford

Type: Permanent Days, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Salary: Up to £46,350 + private healthcare

Our growing manufacturing client in the Bradford area has an exciting opportunity for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team of Maintenance Engineers within their purpose-built manufacturing site.

Your role will be to be part of a team providing all engineering and technical support to all areas of the business, improving productivity and efficiency of site machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Covering breakdown issues within the site
2. Fault finding on both electrical & mechanical systems
3. Continuous Improvement (CI) work as well as project work
4. Engage in & develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of all site machinery and equipment using the Computer Maintenance Management System
5. Taking responsibility for Health & Safety (H&S)
6. Looking after the facilities

Requirements:

1. Genuinely multiskilled, as the role will involve both electrical and mechanical work
2. Qualifications in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
3. 18th Edition advantageous
4. Previous experience within FMCG
5. Ability to respond to breakdowns, whether electrical or mechanical

As the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will work a standard day shift, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, and will expect a salary of £46,350 with private healthcare included. Holidays are 29 days.
