Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The candidate should have extensive cloud computing experience, focusing on implementing and optimizing cloud solutions tailored to financial services. Responsibilities include designing, managing, and securing cloud infrastructures to improve efficiency and support strategic goals.

• Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Lambda, ALB, ECS Containers, CHEF Linux
• Developing high-quality, secure, well-documented code following best practices
• Understanding AWS services and their integration
• Collaborating with Product Owners to understand business needs
• Contributing to technical design and identifying performance/security issues early
• Supporting Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban for continuous improvement

Your Profile

• 9+ years of development experience
• Primary language: Go; familiarity with Java is a plus
• Application architecture skills and understanding of AWS services
• Strong engineering practices (XP, TDD, CI/CD, Pair Programming)
• Experience with Cloud Native patterns and RESTful API development
• Excellent coding skills, well-structured and documented code
• AWS certification relevant to the role (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Developer, Architect)
• Ability to manage the full software development lifecycle and deliver enterprise products
