Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an additional Clinical Manager for our Care in the Home division, where we proudly employ nurses as Clinical Managers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a division with ambitious growth plans, dedicated to supporting children, young people, and adults with conditions such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory, and gastrointestinal conditions, including PEG feeding.
We seek someone with strong clinical skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure individuals with complex needs can live safely and comfortably at home.

What you'll be working:
- Monday - Friday (including on-call duties for emergencies)
- Home-based with travel across designated regions: Shropshire, Llanfairfechan, Ruthin, Cyfflliogg & Saughall, Flint, Liverpool, Preston
What you'll be doing:
- Providing competency-based clinical training to support clients with complex needs, promoting independence at home.
- Delegating clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers through training and assessment, ensuring safe practice.
- Collaborating with the Care Manager team to keep Personal Care Plans updated, accurate, and compliant.
- Documenting delegation of clinical skills and conducting annual observations of staff.
- Ensuring all support workers have current competencies and are safeguarded appropriately.
- Addressing safeguarding issues calmly and effectively.
- Communicating regularly with ICBs and care funders.
- Managing risks within care packages daily with scheduling and Care Manager teams.
- Auditing records and MAR charts monthly within your geographical area.
- Visiting clients at home to teach competencies and resolve issues.
- Maintaining accurate documentation at all times.
- Monitoring staff wellbeing, especially lone workers, and conducting risk assessments as needed.
- Applying lateral thinking and strategic oversight in complex care scenarios.
What you'll have:
- A current NMC Pin registration (Dual Qualification RN/RSCN)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Full driving license and own vehicle
- Knowledge of vents, bowel and bladder management, tracheostomy, catheterization, epilepsy, blood glucose monitoring, NIVs, nebulizers, PEG feeding
