Your new company

You will be working for a large, well-known company that is a reputable force within its industry.

Your new role

1. Work with executives, directors, and heads of departments to capture organisational hierarchy for the new HR and Payroll solution.
2. Analyse data sets, evaluate differences, and identify potential issues.
3. Liaise closely with IT enterprise architecture and internal data teams to ensure data governance and data lineage.
4. Establish data governance and ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data within the HR and Payroll solution.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and data innovation.
6. Prepare recommendations for organisational hierarchy and HR and Payroll master data structure design.
7. Ensure effective communication during the project lifecycle.
8. Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
9. Ensure project deadlines related to data are met.
10. Manage external relationships effectively and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience in HR and Payroll enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Dayforce is desirable, but not essential.
• HR and Payroll system experience.
• Excellent communication and grammatical skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.

A contract role lasting up to six months, paying up to £500 per day, with the role being outside IR35. The role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working on offer.
