Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We have a great opportunity for a Print Room Assistant to join our busy Albany House team in Eastbourne, providing a vital central support service to our Branch network of over 250 stores and Head Office departments.

Working alongside the Print Room Supervisor, this role involves managing incoming & outgoing post, IBT service, and stationery supplies including pens, paper, colour cards, and display signage.

Responsibilities
  1. Processing stationery requests from branches and departments
  2. Maintaining stock levels and reordering as needed
  3. Operating printers and office machinery to produce stationery items
  4. Receiving and distributing deliveries
  5. Handling post and bulk mailing
  6. Updating stationery pricing records
  7. Deputising for the Stationery Supervisor in their absence
