Growth Strategy Associate, you'll join the Global Growth team and be at the forefront of driving high-impact, strategic initiatives. You'll take ownership of key analyses and deliver end-to-end projects-from hypothesis-building to execution-while ensuring data accuracy, building scalable reporting tools, and shaping business decisions through actionable insights.

- Strategic Analysis: Tackle complex, ambiguous problems by structuring them clearly, using data to generate insights, and delivering recommendations to leadership and regional teams.
- Reporting & Insights: Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track high-priority KPIs, helping stakeholders understand business performance.
- Data Quality: Build robust data checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of key data sources.
- Scalability & Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to improve data workflows and reporting processes through automation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data science, engineering, and automation teams to scale solutions, and with local ops teams to address market-specific data needs.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or related roles
- Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with large, complex datasets
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly through presentations and data storytelling
- Proven project management abilities with high attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong business acumen and understanding of growth levers in tech-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships across diverse teams
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python)
- Background in tech, grocery, retail, or e-commerce
- Experience working with a similar organisation's internal consumer analytics tools is a plus
