Hours: 35 hours per week.

Salary: £50,878 - £51,662 per year.

Education Resources require a Support Services Co-ordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will manage, direct, and develop support services in a learning community, deploying resources to meet service delivery and performance standards, as well as handling the financial and operational management of support services within the local learning community.

The role includes managing the operation and development of support services, ensuring responsiveness to customer needs and legislative/policy changes, delivering corporate initiatives including new legislation and policies, ensuring proper governance, and positively impacting learners by closing the attainment gap and improving attainment in Numeracy, Literacy, and Health and Wellbeing.

You will develop, maintain, and evaluate training, development, and Health and Safety plans and procedures.

You will support strategic decisions and contribute to the planning framework within the service, while developing partnership working within and between learning communities, including liaison with other services and resources within and outside SLC.
