Warehouse Operative/Shunter - Nights

Location: Melton Mowbray

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 to 06:00

Responsibilities:

  • Wrapping pallets and individual items securely
  • Loading goods onto vehicles for next-day deliveries
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Shunting Responsibilities:

  • Moving Class 2 demount vehicles on and off-loading bays
  • Swapping boxes between vehicle bodies
  • Supporting the upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet
  • Full training will be provided for all shunting tasks

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 (LGV C) licence
  • In-date Driver’s CPC card
  • In-date Digital Tachograph card
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility to assist with changing daily needs
