About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We offer opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being a leading childcare provider.

We offer flexible and part-time working hours between 7am and 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

1. Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children's outcomes.
2. Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
3. Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are consistently met.

Who are we looking for?

• Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
• An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us)
