My client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team in London, specializing in Private Equity transactions.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a focus on Private Equity. Experience in M&A will be considered an advantage. The role involves leading or co-leading M&A transactions and supporting Private Equity and Venture Capital work.
