Job description

You should be able to provide and maintain an efficient, clean, and safe working environment in all kitchens and back-of-house areas. Follow responsibilities as defined in the cleaning schedule.

Package Description

• £12.21 per hour
• Casual work

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and back-of-house areas in accordance with food hygiene regulations, using the correct cleaning chemicals on the correct surfaces.
• Complete and sign off on daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning chemicals and equipment, used and maintained safely and cost-effectively.
• Recycle waste/rubbish into appropriate bins.
• Adhere to all food safety, health, and safety policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Assist in all cleaning duties as required.
• Continuously strive for higher standards of cleanliness.
• Assist in other areas as required by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, Kitchen Manager, or CPU Operations Manager.
