Package

  • Shifts between 8am to 8pm
  • Generally Monday to Friday but flexibility to work the odd weekends if business demands is desired

What’s involved?

As Group Sales Coordinator your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for processing enquiries and booking ad hoc to group bookings for the summer season (May to end of August)
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Create sales proposals for potential clients
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries, providing information and guidance
  • Create tailored proposals and quotes based on the customer requirements
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, performance and achievements to the director
  • Collaborate with various internal departments such as operations, finance and sales to ensure the smooth execution of group bookings

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of group sales and/or reservations from a Hospitality or Residential background
  • Previous experience of selling summer lets would be advantageous
  • A self-starter who has the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Flexible to work the occasional weekends if business demands
  • Experience of Kinetics PMS is desired or a similar PMS is essential
