  • Other horticultural duties as needed.

Job Title: Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives (5 month FTC)
Location: Bournemouth & surrounding area
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Contract Type: 5 months FTC
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30-16:30

About the Role

We are seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Bournemouth to work on our Tesco contract. Your responsibilities will include maintaining grounds through grass cutting (using ride-on and pedestrian mowers), strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking, and other horticultural duties. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills, gain experience, and grow within our friendly environment.

Requirements
  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Previous Grounds Maintenance experience
  • Full valid UK manual driving licence
  • PA1 and PA6 licenses (desirable)
