Job Summary:
Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking for your next challenge? The Role:

1. Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
2. Handle renewals, MTAs, and client queries while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
3. Work closely with Account Executives to deliver seamless support and maintain long-term client relationships.
4. Utilise your technical knowledge of commercial policies such as property, liability, and fleet.

About You:

1. Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within the insurance industry.
2. Strong knowledge of the UK commercial insurance market.
3. Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Acturis or other broking platforms is a plus.
