Mobile HVAC Engineer

Salary: Up to £45,000

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Cardiff

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong HVAC Gas bias to join our client's technical support team. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of building maintenance services for the main base in Cardiff.

Responsibilities

1. Conducting routine PPM, reactive, and emergency tasks.
2. Responding to occupant temperature complaints and resolving HVAC issues.
3. Diagnosing and repairing faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
4. Undertaking all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.
5. Completing all relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent HVAC / AC qualifications.
• F-Gas/ODS Regulations certification.
• Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
• Commercial Gas Qualification.
