About the Role

• Respond to breakdowns and problems in a professional and proactive manner.
• Coordinate and supervise the 3rd party sub-contracted element of maintenance, ensuring RAMS are satisfactory and adhered to and permits are in place where required.
• Complete risk assessments for building services multi-disciplinary maintenance tasks and work safely at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Site experience of a minimum 2 years post qualification.
• Building Services competence with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Building Services knowledge and experience; HVAC, BMS & Mechanical bias.
