As an insurance broker, we work with a selected panel of insurers, making policy comparison simple and easy. We provide personalized service, focusing on understanding our clients' needs. Our growth has created opportunities in the New Business PMI Team. You will be responsible for converting PPC leads into sales, providing expert and compliant advice. We offer full training to help you become a recognized expert in Private Health Insurance.

Knowledge
  • Complete initial product training and pass initial and annual tests.
  • Stay updated on insurer/product changes and attend monthly training meetings.
  • Keep abreast of compliance and regulatory matters via your compliance manager.
  • Attend monthly insurer training sessions and complete related training forms.
Skills Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • IT literate with good typing skills; confident with email, Word, and spreadsheets.
  • Effective time management and workload prioritization.
  • Ability to work in a team, take direction, and collaborate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Call and work on assigned leads, maintaining high outbound call volume.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Complete all supporting paperwork to a high standard.
  • Keep databases updated with detailed notes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Offer clear information on products, terms, and conditions for informed decision-making.
Location - Tunbridge Wells

The role is office-based during training and probation but may require occasional travel for client visits, off-site training, and meetings. After six months, you can work on a hybrid basis: 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
