VNA Care is hiring a Clinical Manager (RN) for one of our Needham teams.

The Clinical Manager will report to the Clinical Director and be responsible for a team of RNs, PTs, OTs, LPNs, and administrative support personnel.

The CM must have the ability to challenge and motivate a committed team and ensure the continued exceptional care given to our clients. Primary responsibilities include communicating, planning, monitoring, coordinating, initiating, and supervising the day-to-day operations.

Experience:

• Home care experience.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, motivate, and retain employees.
• Ability to manage and direct others and promote team efforts.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
• Oasis Certification.
