Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analysis: Provide key procurement reporting and ensure data integrity.
Contract Management: Administering contracts via SRM/SAP, managing signatures, and training users.
Supplier Management: Building strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring optimal performance, and negotiating commercial terms.
Sourcing & Benchmarking: Managing sourcing processes for specialty products and benchmarking suppliers on cost and service.
Data & Forecasting: Ensuring accurate data input, updating price forecasts, and managing raw material supply.
Collaboration: Working with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, product managers) and external suppliers to deliver cost-effective and innovative solutions.
What We Need From You:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, CIPS, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in procurement operations, with a good understanding of strategic procurement processes and supply chain management.
Skills:
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Proficiency in SAP and experience with contract management.
Strong communication and collaborative mindset to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
