Are you a Warehouse Shift Supervisor with hands-on experience? Are you looking for an opportunity to progress and grow your career? Or are you seeking security and a role that offers full-time, guaranteed hours?

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Supervisor to join us at our site in Rugby. You will work Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 22:30.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Organise your team to perform all tasks efficiently and safely
  • Load and unload vehicles with customer orders accurately and safely
  • Work with manual handling equipment in a fast-paced environment, including FLT and Flexi trucks
  • Perform hygiene tasks and other warehouse duties as required
  • Prioritize warehouse and team safety at all times

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Experience with WMS & MS Office
  • Skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
