About the Role
As our Sales Manager for the DACH region, you will lead our expansion by selling Triptease’s market-leading solutions to independent hotels and hotel groups. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting through to deal closure—while working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Your Impact:

  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise hotel groups in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Strategic Sales Management: Drive a structured sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client partnerships ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to position Triptease as the trusted partner in the DACH hotel market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product feedback, and marketing alignment.
  • Performance Ownership: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while providing accurate forecasting to leadership.

Requirements

About You

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or hospitality technology, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Skills:
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Mindset: Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Language: Fluent in English and German
