Skills:

Enterprise-level specialist in infrastructure support on Azure Active Directory, Cloud, AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop), Entra ID, O365, VMware Virtualisation, and associated storage solutions such as EMC and SANs.

Technical expertise in:

• Windows Servers 2019/2022
• Proxy Servers, SmoothWall
• 3rd/4th Line Technical Support
• PowerShell, Scripting
• Intune, Microsoft Auto Patch, Azure Update Manager

The Role: As a key member of the Senior Infrastructure - Systems Team, you will provide enterprise-level support on Active Directory, Cloud, AVD, Azure AD, Entra ID, O365, VMware, and storage systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support and manage Microsoft Azure and O365 environments
• Administer Active Directory and Azure AD, including group policies
• Manage enterprise domain and Azure AVD
• Develop scripts with PowerShell and other tools
• Maintain network infrastructure (Palo Alto, Cisco)
• Manage hardware, SAN switches, and storage provisioning (EMC)
• Maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 environments
• Manage proxy servers (e.g., SmoothWall)
• Implement systems hardening, auto patching, and update management
• Administer Exchange 365 and Intune
• Document technical designs and create technical documentation
• Lead technical projects as required

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Microsoft Certifications
• ITIL certification
• Experience with service management ticketing systems
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Willingness to work occasional out-of-hours shifts; overtime available
• Project management skills
