Textile Restoration Technician

As a leading expert in textile and electronic restoration, CRDN serves as part of the emergency response team. We work with insurance companies and policyholders to restore their textiles and electronics after a fire, flood, storm, or other disaster.

CRDN of Metro Philadelphia is looking for a Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, a self-starter, and able to work in a team environment. We serve homes that have suffered varying degrees of fire and water damage and must be comfortable within these environments. We will train the right individual with opportunities to advance.

Duties will include:

1. Travel/Driving to various job locations
2. Inspecting/Collecting Textiles (clothing and fabric items)
3. Lifting up to 50lb bags of textiles
4. Collecting/Inventoring Electronic items
5. Communicating with homeowners
6. Completing necessary paperwork with homeowners
7. Managing staff and running jobs on-site when needed
8. Assisting with other tasks within the plant when needed

Requirements:

1. Valid Driver's license
2. Reliable Transportation
3. Be at least 18 years old
4. Able to pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening
5. Have a Professional Appearance
6. Work in fire/water damaged homes in all temperature conditions
7. Be Honest & Reliable
8. Be Compassionate
9. Previous Fire/Water Restoration Experience a Plus
