Your Role As a Home Care Assistant

• Deliver high-quality personal care in the clients home
• Promote independence and dignity in every interaction
• Be flexible and responsive to client needs
• Represent the service with professionalism, compassion, and pride
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• A caring and patient nature
• Great communication skills
• Calm under pressure
• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
