Role Details:

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday - Friday, 35 Hours per Week)
Location: Hybrid - Office in Belfast (flexible work from home options available)
Specialisations: Corporate, Commercial, and International sectors

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a variety of insurance risks across different markets
Offer expert advice and prompt solutions tailored to clients' needs
Collaborate with insurer partners to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients
Maintain top-tier customer service by managing client accounts and addressing mid-term adjustments and queries efficiently
Ensure all client cases are handled accurately and promptly
Uphold confidentiality and protect client information at all times
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in account handling
Strong knowledge of technical insurance matters
Ability to manage a diverse client base with varying risk complexities
