Salary: GBP15.84 per hour

Hours: Zero hours

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing BN15 9FP

Contract Type: Casual, hourly paid

Join our Girls Academy for the 25/26 season and beyond!

We are expanding our girls' academy coaches pool to bring on dynamic coaches who will plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate training sessions and matches weekly. You will complete session plans in line with the syllabus and support the individual development plans for each player in your primary age group.

Most sessions will be during evenings and weekends, so flexibility in working hours is essential.

Your coaching background

We seek enthusiastic individuals passionate about player development in younger ages, with a high-support, high-challenge coaching approach. Candidates should have extensive football industry experience and previous work with academy players.

Necessary qualifications include:

  • UEFA B Licence
  • Valid FA Safeguarding Certificate
  • Valid FA Emergency Aid Certificate
