About you...

You’ll need an abundance of passion for fresh food and a genuine enthusiasm to learn. We’d love you to have previous experience working as a kitchen assistant, catering assistant, line cook, commis chef, prep chef, or chef de partie, and have the drive and ambition to further develop your skills working with fresh food.
