At Roger Platt, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to work towards becoming a Sales Negotiator for our residential sales team in Lower Earley, Reading. This entry-level role involves learning all aspects of the Estate Agency model through an industry-leading development and training program.

You will help clients find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing sales. Additionally, you'll optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
