Job Description

The core role will be working as a Rail Replacement Coordinator across the GTR network, during times of disruption and pre-planned work. Additionally, there may be some requirements to assist our special events teams.

Key Responsibilities

We expect you to be customer-focused in everything you do to provide a fantastic experience for travelers. Even during disruptions, you must keep customers informed throughout their journey.

Some duties may be safety-critical and require a safety-critical medical. You will be trained to manage various situations during disruptions, including ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, performing safety duties, and assisting with customer service and revenue. Classroom and depot-based training will be provided to equip you with all necessary knowledge and skills to ensure our services operate smoothly and safely.

Our services operate seven days a week, covering early mornings to late nights. Flexibility at short notice is required due to operational needs.
