This is a rare opportunity to develop your expertise in prosecutions, providing legal advice and court advocacy on complex and sensitive cases. You will review, prepare, and present cases in court to help secure justice for victims.
Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales, and who have resided in the UK for at least five years. Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, and confident decision-making abilities. Prior experience of at least 2 years in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions is preferred, along with a passion for this area of practice.
You will receive comprehensive training during induction, mentoring, and on-the-job support to facilitate a smooth transition. The position offers a competitive benefits package and the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
