Opus has partnered with a renowned ServiceNow partner across the UK & EU, specializing in GRC & Sec-Ops implementations. They are looking to expand organically following a series of successful implementations!

The company supports medium-enterprise clients in the Public Sector, financial services, and insurance industries. They are set to start a strong stream of projects in January for both repeat and new clients.

This position is ideal for someone driven by customer success, ensuring projects are tailored to clients' needs and delivered with excellence. You will be the face of the business, gathering requirements, liaising with stakeholders, understanding the full scope, and handling all aspects of development and configuration on each project.

You will work within a culturally strong, collaborative team of industry experts. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, work within a dynamic environment, gain exposure to sought-after modules, and be mentored by an MVP!
