The Role
  1. You’ll be embedded as a trusted voice in our biggest and most sophisticated Influencer clients. You will own senior stakeholder relationships as the creative lead and they will consult with you on how to achieve their business targets through influencer marketing.
  2. You’ll be building a voice in the wider influencer marketing industry through regular contributions in our growth marketing.
  3. Using your deep practice knowledge, you will use your decision-making latitude and work independently to conceptualise and develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies from robust insights that align with brand goals and market trends.
  4. You’ll lead the development of innovative creative ideas that resonate with the target audience and demonstrate strong platform knowledge.
  5. Own the development of reports that build an in-depth, data-driven understanding of the client’s consumer, category, brand and business, then be able to identify the role influencer marketing should play as a growth driver.
  6. You’ll keep up to date with the latest trends to inform our clients of the latest trends within their categories and beyond to pounce on any opportunities to drive both brand growth and ROAS beyond initial briefs.
  7. You will bring a fresh perspective to any problem, always challenging yourself and those around you to connect thoughts & ideas in new ways, and in doing so help the rest of the client delivery team deliver brilliant, forward-thinking work on every brief.
  8. You will also help our clients answer bigger, long-term questions, proactively keeping them up to date with the latest thinking, helping them understand consumer behaviour, and inspiring them with innovative insights, emerging trends, and forward-thinking strategies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
  9. Provide strategic leadership in pitches, identifying audience niches and developing robust influencer casting strategies.
  10. Support the Client Service team with the development of PCAs, sharing insights and actively identifying opportunities for repeat business.
  11. Oversee the creative execution of influencer marketing campaigns ensuring all elements are consistent with the strategic vision.
  12. Be an expert on all social platforms thinking and which platform drives the best results within our clients’ category, while identifying where there is untapped potential across other platforms.
  13. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that encourages creativity and excellence.
  14. Drive upsell in all pitches by creating big ideas that stretch the budget and deliver on key campaign.
  15. Champion creativity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how influencer fits into the consumer journey while assisting with global influencer knowledge-sharing.
  16. Experiment with new formats, platforms and creative approaches to keep campaigns fresh and engaging.
  17. Drive team morale, motivating and inspiring everyone to be their best, actively mentoring others, helping to grow capability and knowledge, while learning and developing themselves.
  18. Management of direct reports, coaching and guiding them to untap their creative potential by creating an environment where all ideas are welcome as long as they are supported with data and insights.
Who you are
  1. Strong Influencer creative strategy knowledge with 8+ years of experience developing integrated/omnichannel strategies.
  2. Comms planning background.
  3. Integrated strategy and planning experience.
  4. Proven experience managing direct reports, coaching and guiding them to succeed.
  5. Demonstrable success in creating strategic influencer marketing campaigns with strong platform knowledge and production experience.
  6. Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends and digital marketing.
  7. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  8. A great storyteller capable of translating data into real-world insights.
  9. A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
  10. A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator and presenter.
  11. Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you – Constantly looking at ways to develop your team, by identifying training needs and process improvements.
  12. Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  13. An innovative thinker with excellent creative problem-solving abilities.
