What You’ll Do

As aMaintenance and Grounds Person, you will:

• Carry out grounds maintenanceto the
  highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying,
  gritting, and general gardening
• Complete property maintenance tasks ,
  including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, and decorating to keep the park
  and its facilities in excellent condition
• Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring
  they are cleaned, refilled, and chemicals are checked daily
• Identify and proactively resolve maintenance
  issuesacross lodges and communal areas to uphold high presentation
  standards
• Follow Health & Safety policies and
  procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and
  owners

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on
team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.
Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in grounds maintenance,
  including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping
• Apractical approachto
  property maintenance, with skills in basic repairs and upkeep
• Awareness of Health & Safety
  regulations and a commitment to working safely
• Excellentcustomer service skillswith
  a friendly and proactive attitude
• Experience with grounds maintenance equipmentis
  beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but training will
  be provided if needed)
• Valid UK Driving license
