Training Program:
- One-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
- Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
- Fully paid hotel stay during training, depending on travel distance
- Second week at the L&D Centre within first 5-6 weeks of employment
Role Responsibilities:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
- Manage valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
- Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
- Fulfill call-out campaigns for properties for sale
- Prepare updates for morning meetings on valuation pipeline
- Implement structured door-knocking and canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
- Engage in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
- Manage portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market
- Respond to intranet leads daily
- Use ROSIE to communicate with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) clients and close valuation opportunities
- Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Participate in local canvassing, social media, and prospecting activities
- Handle inbound calls for registrations, valuations, viewings, and financial services
- Seek opportunities for 5-star Google reviews to enhance reputation

Minimum Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Own vehicle in good condition
