Investment/Commercial Manager

My client is a subsidiary of an international Utility that is one of the top 5 largest in Europe. My client develops, builds, owns, and operates renewable projects. They are looking to expand their team. They have a co-working office based in Central London. The company is around 20 people spread across Europe so there's a lot of flexibility for the right person.

The role:

1. Prepare, execute, and steer due diligence processes for investment opportunities
2. Work with the BD team to identify investment/origination opportunities
3. Crucial input for the valuation of investment opportunities and investment decisions
4. Support/Lead M&A and structuring activities globally
5. Support/Lead the bidding process
6. Support/Lead the negotiation of partnership documentation; Joint Bidding Agreements, Joint development Agreements etc.
7. Collaborate with other entities departments to ensure the successful execution of investment strategies

Requirements:

1. 5+ yrs of experience
2. Experience in M&A, JV agreements
3. Understanding of debt structuring
4. Happy to travel 4 x per year to European off sites with the team
