Our Tech and Digital Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business, learn from industry experts, and develop your skills quickly. You'll gain exposure to meaningful projects across various departments, helping you understand our business holistically and providing a solid foundation in property and financial services.

Throughout the programme, you'll be supported by a dedicated Academy Manager and mentored by Senior Leaders and alumni.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2:1 degree, graduating in 2024 or expected in 2025;
• Background in Tech, Design, or Engineering;
• Interest and enthusiasm for the Financial Services industry;
• Ability to commute daily to Cheadle (role is not remote);
• Drive and passion to succeed;
• Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies;
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention to detail skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to present to senior management.
