Purpose of the role
The Heidelberg Materials Shared Service Centre (SSC) provides administrative support functions and customer service excellence in collaboration with the business.
The Customer Accounts (CA) department handles risk analysis, credit limit assessments, accounts receivable collection, and proactive management of customer accounts.
