Come and experience a company and a team reinventing itself every day and immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with multiple teams and stakeholders to improve and fine-tune existing processes and procedures, identifying new potential areas of efficiency. In addition, you will own an EU product category and work on improving its PnL results together with Retail stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities include:

  1. Managing end-to-end Pan EU Project, identifying opportunities for Vendors to grow their business, engaging with teams to set up the right processes as well as owning the business performance.
  2. Analyzing and diving deep to understand Category performance at an EU level, identifying possible changes and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  3. Engaging with peers and stakeholders to create new ways to help vendors grow and manage profitability on Amazon.

About the team

EU MVR’s vision is to be the experts in driving scaled profitable growth for EU Retail, through cultivating vendor partnerships and onboarding the brands most desired by customers.

Mission

We foster a collaborative, cross-functional approach, working seamlessly with Product families to deliver their vision. Together, we leverage our collective expertise and resources to drive scale, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience across EU Retail.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  3. Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  4. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  5. Experience as a product manager or owner.
  6. Experience owning technology products.
  7. Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
  8. Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
