Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Sewell, NJ.
• Coordinate property viewings, conduct home tours, and participate in open houses to assist potential buyers.
• Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and determine their home preferences effectively.
• Prepare various documentation like representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to finalize sales transactions.
• Provide essential information to prospective home buyers regarding the local housing market in Sewell, NJ.
• Adhere to the team's strategic plan for successful buyer representation.
• Schedule buyer appointments promptly and manage them efficiently.
• Follow up with leads in an effective manner to maintain client engagement.
• Conduct consultations in a professional and productive way for buyer representation.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is signed in accordance with BRE regulations for compliance.

Compensation:
