The Stock Associate maintains the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom. Typically, Stock Associates work three to four shifts per week, each lasting about four to five hours, though this may vary depending on the season and business needs. The role may require working most Saturdays, some Sundays, and during peak holiday seasons.
