This is a large organisation within the Public Sector & Not for Profit industry, based in the vibrant city of London. Their focus is to provide resources and support to the Trade Association sector.

Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations and procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive meeting minutes for board and committee meetings
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare documents and reports related to office management.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PA/Officer Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a PA or office management role within the Public Sector or a Not for Profit organisation.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A pro-active and self-starter approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
