Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformations, & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, Newcastle, and Glasgow. They offer a flexible working model, including remote-first or hybrid options, with occasional client site travel as needed. Their clients span Government, Finance, Retail, Energy, and other private sectors.

They are seeking a Managing Consultant - DevOps/Cloud Advisory to lead and deliver large-scale cloud adoption and digital transformation projects across various sectors.

Primary responsibilities:

• DevOps Capabilities: Assess, define, and implement DevOps capabilities to foster innovation, agility, cost savings, and faster time to market.
• Holistic Modernisation: Modernise developer experience, DevOps practices, tooling, automation, and architecture.
• Maximize Investments: Leverage existing ITSM tools and frameworks to their fullest.
• Roadmap Development: Create roadmaps to enhance DevOps maturity and utilize NextGen technologies like Generative AI.
• Collaborative Transformation: Collaborate across organisational levels to innovate and implement sustainable technological and process transformations.

Primary requirements:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Experience in DevOps Advisory, creating best practices, strategies, and solutions
• Experience in lean process design and automation across product management, engineering, and operations
• Ability to define OKRs/KPIs and set up processes for continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud environments, CI/CD, SRE, DevSecOps, observability, and ITIL
• Experience leading and mentoring DevOps/SRE teams
• Pre-sales and business development experience is a plus
