Job Description
• Sitting on the HR leadership team reporting into the Chief People Officer
• Heading up a team of circa 14 across HR operations & payroll
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
• Significant focus on automation and efficiency, and the enhancement of the employee experience
• Supporting the implementation of Workday
• Responsible for annual audits and control assurance.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
