Role Responsibilities

As a Cleaner Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build knowledge of the cleaning area, work schedules, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, all while following Health and Safety requirements. Successful completion of all required training is necessary. You will work within a team and also use your initiative. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and seeking continuous improvement are key aspects of the role.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed, you should be able to communicate and read basic English. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. A flexible approach, honesty, self-drive, reliability, and a professional attitude are important. You should be hardworking and committed.
